No, I'm not at all confused. There actually IS a fifth season in my hometown, and it bears the melodious name "Kramermarkt". It's the annual fair and this year it takes place from September 26th to October 5th. It's one of the biggest fairs in Germany with many different rides, beer halls, chippies etc. and I've been devoted to it since my earliest childhood.
Why I'm telling you this? I found something on the net that I wanted to share with you. It's a webcam that films the site and how everything is built up there. You can't see the whole site and the cam updates itself only every five seconds, but it's really interesting to see how fast the construction proceeds. I dropped by around noon and took another look six hours later, and during that time the centerline of the ferris wheel had been erected. Cool, isn't it?
The greatest thing is, of course, watching the site from Friday evening on, when everything is finished and the Kramermarkt reveals itself in all its shiny glory.
