This probably comes as a surprise to you. Without going into too much detail, I haven‘t seen the signs that I need a break. Some of you know that I‘ve had experiences with fandom toxicity in the past and these are obviously affecting me more than I expected, in different ways. There‘s a lot I wanted to share with you and I‘m so, so sorry to leave you hanging like this, but I need to call a halt before it‘s too late. I don‘t know yet how long my break is going to be. Here‘s hoping that I will find a direction where to go and what to do. I‘m very grateful for all the inspiration, motivation and kindness you‘ve shown me in the past year. Let me conclude with a favor I‘d like to ask you. Please, be kind to each other. Always. Talk to each other. Communication solves so many problems. Listen to your friends if they need help. Support each other. Toxicity has so many faces, so take care of yourself and the people around you. Make each other feel appreciated so toxicity doesn‘t stand

I finished my fanfic.
Okay, that's not quite right. :D But I'm happy to announce that after 14 years (with a hiatus of 9 years in between), I finished the first part of my fanfic "The Exam Called Life". I'm already working on part two and I'm looking forward to sharing it with you. Thank you to everyone who read my story in the past and to all those who are still reading it, for your support and feedback.
